Exercise extreme caution when using Facebook, Instagram, or X.com. I think these networks have become a bastion for propaganda, misinformation, manipulation, and profiteering off user generated content. 

Use Signal for messaging instead of any other messaging app. 

Use Google News since it provides articles from different news outlets about any given news story. Learn about how to explore full coverage of a single headline here.

When searching the internet I recommend being extremely distrusting of AI generated results, and recommend against trusting any search result that says "Sponsored". DuckDuckGo.com is a search engine that makes an effort to NOT track you or your searches.

When a website prompts if you want to "Accept Cookies", don't. Choose block, reject, or close the prompt.
